This is the setup for these three photos. You can't see it, but there's a small gobo attempting to keep the on-camera flash (used to trigger the SB-600) from lighting the scene. It didn't quite work, so I just used my hand and triggered the camera with a remote. In this photo, the glass only contains Midori, but in others it includes Grenadine and perhaps a maraschino cherry (with a toothpick keeping it from sinking to the center).
