I've been taking acrobatics classes at the Circus Center in San Francisco. It's great fun.
David Alpert took the handstand photo on
the right, as well as this video of me doing a headspring.
Don't try this at home, or at least not in your living
room. (I've since done this in my living room.)

My form needs some work (and five three years of
back-breaking stretches) so I can look more like a slinky and less
like a flying ironing board.
